Aristotle, needing no introduction stated that “Nature does nothing in vain” which is not only a statement to be reserved and respected but it has additional importance to us, as our groves are situated in the greater vicinity of his birth place.
Our majestic trees are majestic, deep-rooted and are located on the site confirmed by historians to be that of the ancient city of Piloros.
The historical significance of our groves is that these have been inherited from the monks who had cultivated and harvested olives and olive oil as far back as the late middle ages that being the 14th and 15th centuries.
